Classic Update – June 2015
We are looking forward to a great variety of boats coming to Glandore in July.
Brian Martin has confirmed that he will be bringing his 28’ yacht “Guillemot”. She was originally built by Skinners of Baltimore in 1893 and totally rebuilt in Hegartys of Oldcourt and completed in 2014. This will be her first visit to Glandore Classic Regatta.
Another important local boat having her first visit to Glandore is the Falmouth Quay punt “Teal”. Classic Boat featured “Teal” last year on her 100th anniversary. She was built for Percy Woodcock in 1914 and has had a full build in Hegartys of Oldcourt. She is owned by Adrian Nowotynski / Ken O’Driscoll. Read More.....
