Yesterday, 12/3/22, saw a very early season start at GHYC with a Powerboat Instructors Pre Entry for five club members undergoing assessment  by Victor Fusco. The adult candidates were older, and colder, than many recent graduates but all passed with flying colours and will go on to train over the next few weekends. It is hoped that with adult instructors based locally the Club will be able to further expand it’s Transition Year Programme which runs during school hours as well as provide powerboat training for local communities year round.
