Issues have arisen with non members or former members using club boats/equipment/facilities. These may be due to oversight in paying subscriptions and also where young adults (25) who have passed the threshold genuinely believe they are members under a family membership whereas they are not. If you are using club facilities, boats or equipment or taking part in events please check that you actually have a valid current membership to avoid embarrassment for everyone if the matter has to be addressed. Membership fees are very modest compared to many clubs. Serious issues will arise for the Club from an insurance/duty of care standpoint if non members are using our facilities/boats etc. Membership rates are on the website and payable on EPP. Subscriptions are also vital for the continuation of the club in an environment where activities can quickly cease due to Covid cases as seen at other centres in recent weeks. Thank you.
